Return/Shipping Policies Straw Bags & Jewelry

Online return policy. You may return or exchange an item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Returned item(s) must be in the original condition. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the returned items(s). 

Please email me at tracy@belowhouston.com prior to the return of one or more straw bags or jewelry, so I know to be on the lookout for the item(s).

Please alert me within 3 days if any item(s) arrives damaged.

Domestic shipments, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification with an additional 3-8 business days for delivery (USA).  FREE Shipping only applies to domestic jewelry orders.  Straw bags are subject to shipping charges.

International  shipments can take up to 3 weeks depending on how far the location is from the USA. Please be aware of customs, duty fees, and taxes the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside of the US. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
